Online Payment – Terms & Conditions:


  • Appointments are subject to doctor availability and confirmation only after full payment of consultation fees.
  • Patients must provide accurate details while booking.
  • Consultation time may vary due to emergencies or clinical workload.
  • Rescheduling of an appointment should be done at least 2–4 hours in advance.
  • Online appointments are not for emergency cases.
  • Hospital reserves the right to reschedule or assign another doctor if required.
  • The hospital is not responsible for payment failures due to network/technical issues.
  • In case of duplicate payment, patients should inform the hospital helpdesk for resolution.
  • Patient information and payment details will be kept confidential and secure.
  • For any payment /to cancel an appointment – related assistance, kindly contact the hospital helpdesk.

Refund Policy:


  • Consultation/registration fees are generally non-refundable once services are availed.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • Refunds for cancelled appointments in case of technical issues due to hospital side concerns (if applicable) a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
  • Patients must provide valid payment details for refund processing.
  • No refund will be processed on Sundays or hospital holidays.
